The Founder

The Ritter Group of Companies was built and directed by Martin I. Ritter.
His career spans several decades within the international musical instrument industry and is rooted in a lifelong engagement with music and authored creation. From youth, his foundation combined classical piano training and composition with an enduring interest in design, structure, and concept-led work.
In 1996, he founded and created an eponymous instrument bag brand that permanently changed how instrument bags and cases are designed, perceived, and valued worldwide. The brands represented within the Ritter Group form later chapters within this broader authored legacy, each exploring different relationships between protection, design, identity, culture, and storytelling.
Due to health-related circumstances, Martin I. Ritter stepped back from active commercial engagement. The legacy sites therefore exist as preserved references, documenting authorship and intent without defining their conclusion.
